Media everywhere. Me and media everyday. What is it all about when it comes to my profession? How can I use media for my growth and useful networking? And how to finally stop only thinking about all this and to start building my own desired reality? This November, in Croatia we will have space and tools to do so!

“Brand yourself” is an international youth exchange and basic Synergy Training, that will take place in Rijeka, Croatia, November 10 – 20. 2015 with the aim of bringing together 30 participants (team leaders included) from 5 different countries: Bulgaria, Italy, Croatia, Czech Republic and Greece, who face the same problem – youth unemployment reality or perspective after their graduation. They will come together in Croatia to experience tools of non-formal education which empower them to find their own way in life and create more success while enjoying the process.

The idea of the project to raise the issue of personal branding originates from the increasing role of media as a powerful tool to promote personal and professional skills, present oneself in a more favorable light, build the system of networking con-tacts and stand higher chances in the process of getting a job, applying for internship or grant support.

We will empower you to:

• Work in international, intercultural team.
• Work out of excellence through taking risks and correcting mistakes.
• Learn skills valuable and necessary for achieving better results and creating more success in life.
• Create individual results (competitive resume, portfolio etc.)
• Put everything you have learned into practice back home.

This exchange is financially supported by the Erasmus+ programme for youth mobility.
