“Raise Your Impact” is an experiential learning programme that focuses on personal development and self-awareness. We aim to empower youth workers in their role, provide space for them to explore their own attitudes in life and look for ways to bring the most positive impact in the society, through inclusion, cooperation and accountability.
As the world is becoming more and more unpredictable, people are losing their ground and questioning their place, their role in the society, their contribution. Young people (but also adults of any age), often end up feeling isolated, lost and disconnected from others which negatively influences their quality of life. We believe that it is a common need of human beings to create impact, to be part of something meaningful and to feel that they can actually influence what is happening around them. This can only happen if we are well grounded in ourselves, we know our values, our strengths and are able to act upon them.
Youth workers are people who have a chance to positively influence how young people see themselves and support them in finding direction in their lives. At the same time, we can only support and lead others through things that we have already worked on ourselves.
The training offers an intensive programme to those who are or work with youth and are looking for empowerment in this role.
It consists of a series of intense personal development processes, that are highly nonformal and experiential. If you are willing to learn and go for it, you will have the chance to expand your own limitations, maximize your creativity and create results beyond your expectations. This all requires your full participation, commitment and openness to a specific approach.
