BE AWARE, 19. – 28.07.2026, ROMANIA

Are you working with youth and looking for inspiration, motivation and empowerment? Join this experiential, non-formal learning journey! Improve your self-awareness, communication and cooperation skills and problem-solving. Set new personal and professional goals, learn to handle unpredictability, and explore much more.

Due to fast-changing environments, societal challenges and information overload, many youth workers face burnout, lack of direction, difficult group dynamics and increasing mental health challenges when supporting young people.

In response to the overwhelming uncertainty, demotivation and disconnection, we propose an 8-day personal development training course that aims to strengthen youth workers’ self-awareness, resilience and reflective practice.

  • Embark on an experiential, non-formal learning journey focused on awareness, clear communication, problem-solving, goal-setting, cooperation and creativity.
  • Get empowered by practical tools, and enhance your confidence to support young people in finding direction, motivation and belonging.
  • Discover your ability to take initiative bravely and increase your impact in the youth field.
