COURAGE TO LEAD, 24.03. – 02.04.2026, CZ

Training course for those who want to develop their leadership competence. Our starting point is the belief that leadership requires courage: the courage to speak up, to open difficult conversations, to take a leap into the unknown, and to keep going when things get hard. For this reason, we are designing an experiential training course to help you become more prepared and ready to step into leadership roles with confidence.

The project is designed to support youth workers and youth leaders in their roles and leadership skills. The world is facing major challenges in politics, climate, social issues, and mental health, and youth leaders are often the ones who help young people navigate the unpredictability of today’s reality.

Youth leaders with strong leadership skills are better equipped to mentor young people and colleagues, fostering independence, initiative, and self-confidence, provided they know how to do so. In practice, however, youth organisations often rely on eenthusiasm and are founded by young people who step into leadership roles without prior experience or preparation. For this reason, we are designing an experiential training course to help them become more prepared and ready to step into leadership roles with confidence.

The training offers an intensive programme to those who are or work with youth and are looking for empowerment in this role. It consists of a series of processes and activities that are highly nonformal and experiential. If you are willing to learn and go for it, you will have the chance to expand your own limitations, maximize your creativity and create results beyond your expectations. This all requires your full participation, commitment and openness to a specific approach.
